1. All refunds are subject to $25.00 administration fee plus any other applicable fees.
2. No refunds will be allowed after April 1st for the outdoor season.
3. Request for refund must be sent to email@example.com stating the reason for refund and is effective once the registrar receives it.
4. Refunds for fees paid by credit will be refunded to the original card. All other refunds will be issued by cheque in the mail, once the cheque is prepared and signed by two executive members at our monthly meeting.
5. Refunds given for lack of registrations in the age group will not be subjected to any fees and will be issued by cheque, once the cheque is prepared and signed by two executive members at our monthly meeting.
6. All refunds are subject to Executive approval.
