ALL DIVISIONS - The process of evaluations and team setting incurs significant volunteering efforts and substantial operating costs. In the event that a player withdraws from our program, the following actions will apply; Prior to the commencement of evaluations a $50 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the players registration fees; -Before end of the 2nd evaluation, a $75 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the players registration fees. After the final floor time but prior to the first game of the regular season, a $100 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the players registration fees; Mini Tyke & Tyke, if a player chooses to withdraw before May 15th they will get a full refund. Zero refund after May 15th.
NO REFUND will be provided to any player withdrawing from the program after league start-up, except in the event of an injury (please see below)
Injury Policy - ALL DIVISIONS -In the case of injury, fees will be prorated based on timing within the season and in accordance with our Refund Policy; subject to board approval.
Winter Camp -A registration spot is not considered guaranteed until such time as full payment is received. Once a spot is guaranteed, no refunds will be issued. During the online registration process the Development sessions have been grouped together and will be available to the first 120 paid players plus goalies. The players will subsequently be notified of their time slot for the first week. After the 1st session if the coaches determine that your son/daughter would benefit more from one of the other groups you will be contacted with this information prior to the 2nd week.
