Regular Season (September-June): Set-up of monthly payments for each month your athlete is swimming is required at the time of registration. The first month’s fees are non-refundable. Alberta Artistic Swimming/Canada Artistic Swimming registration fees are also non-refundable. All forms must be fully completed and submitted to the Registrar before a swimmer is allowed to participate in her/his respective program.
For Aquasquirts and Pre-Competitive there will be 1 or 2 payments (Full in September; OR September for Fall; January for Spring).
For Competitive swimmers Junior Competitive, 10 and Under, 11-12, 13-15, 16-20 and Masters Competitive/Bascis/Fit, there will be 10 monthly payments (September-June).
Any withdrawal from the club or request to change to a swimmer’s program, with cause, must be formally submitted in writing to the Executive 30 days prior to the effective date. Fundraising and bingo assignments made during the 30 day notice must be worked. A penalty for the withdrawal or change will be pro-rated based on age level and the point in the swimming year up to January 1st, after which there will be no refund.
Spring and Summer Sessions: Fees are non-refundable for spring sessions In the case of an extraordinary circumstance (i.e. injury or serious illness) and required notice of cancellation is not able to be given, an appeal can be made to the executive. A subcommittee will be struck to determine the refund schedule if the Executive deems a refund is in order.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED (CHEQUES IN HAND OR PAYMENTS MADE ONLINE) BEFORE YOUR SWIMMER CAN ENTER THE WATER.
