Refund Policy RIMBEY BLUFFTON MINOR BALL REFUND POLICY Spring & Summer To get a refund (less any costs incurred by RBMB) you must withdraw PRIOR to Spring OPENING DAY or the day Summer rosters are created. No refunds will be issued unless in case of injury or a medical condition after those dates (doctor's note at your own expense is required). Requests must be submitted via email to our President or Vice President. Any refund given for a medical reason or current injury will be pro-rated to time spent on the team, minus league or team expenses. If refund is approved, funds will be mailed to parent or guardian of player, or if fees were paid by credit card, they will be refunded on the credit card used to pay the registration fees. If any refunds are approved and fees were paid by a third party (e.g., KidsPlay, A4K, Jumpstart) those funds will be returned to them, not to parent or guardian. During the above seasons if RBMB has incurred any expenses for your child (including for medical reasons), a full refund will not be possible.
