  • U5 (DOB 2021/2022) (U5 co-ed)

    $75.00

    **Please note that only the Participant section needs to be filled out when adding a new family member. Photo, Jersey Deposit, Birth Certificate, etc. are not required.**

    Time, Day and Location: TBD

    Season: May 4th, 2026 - June 29th, 2026. NO PRACTICE ON MAY 18th.

    Cost and Payment: $75 - Credit Card, Email Money Transfer (EMT) or Jumpstart.

    **EMT info: EMTs are to be emailed to athasoccerpayments@gmail.com. Please include your child's full name and division (example: "Timmy smith - U15"). Due to insurance reasons, please note that registration fees must be paid in full before your player is allowed to participate. **

    Volunteers are needed to coach for the outdoor season. Please contact Laura Hynes, lb.hynes@hotmail.com, if you are interested in stepping up to coach.
