    PLEASE READ — Parent Participation

The Spring Rally Cap season requires parent participation. Coaches are in place, but they cannot run practices and games alone—especially with our energetic little athletes!

    Parents may be asked to:

    • Play catch with their child
    • Help guide players when running bases
    • Keep players organized while they wait their turn at stations or at bat

RMMBA’s Spring season is large and volunteer-driven. The more hands we have, the smoother the season runs.

    Volunteer Requirements

During Spring registration, you will choose one of the following:

    1. Volunteer for enough roles to earn 8 points Volunteer Opportunities Information

    OR

    1. Opt out of volunteering and pay the $250 non-refundable fee

This fee is added to your registration.

The only exceptions for a refund are if you volunteer as a Coach or Team Manager.

We offer coaches’ clinics for those who can commit to coaching. However, even with trained coaches, parent participation is essential. Many hands make light work; when everyone pitches in a little, the experience is better for everyone—especially the kids!

There are also plenty of chances to volunteer at association events such as Opening Ceremonies and Picture Day.

    Tracking Hours

Volunteer and parent participation hours will be tracked by your team’s manager. In Rally Cap, simply playing catch on practice/game nights and helping out a few times throughout the season is usually enough to meet your point requirement.

We can’t wait to see you all on the field for another fantastic season!
