3. Include the player’s full name and sizes. Example:
Name: Jane Doe
Jersey: Small
Shorts: XSmall
Socks: Small
HOME and AWAY SETS: $230.00 - 2 Jerseys, 2 Shorts, and 2 pairs of socks
Payment is required via email transfer to admin@ykgalaxysoccer.com.
Please note: the deadline has passed, so orders must be submitted immediately to ensure players receive their jerseys on time and can participate in practice sessions.

Important Registration Notice for Non-Summer 2025 Players
Players who did not participate in the Summer 2025 season must register as a new or returning player.
If registered incorrectly under "existing player," the fee difference will be applied.
Any outstanding balance from initial registration must be paid in full before the season begins.
