Focus: Fun, Fundamentals, and Inspiration.

The TAKEOVER Camp: Series 1 (July 20-24th, 2026) (Youth)

Week at a Glance: July 20-24

The camp is strategically split into two phases to ensure athletes master the "why" in the lab before executing the "how" on the court.

Phase 1: The Lab (Tuesday & Thursday)

Location: Shoot 360 Sherwood Park

• Focus: Digital shot tracking, ball-handling analytics, and passing accuracy testing.

• Outcome: Every player receives a data baseline to identify specific areas for mechanical improvement.

Phase 2: The Courts (Monday, Wednesday + Friday)

Location: Legacy Athletics (Edmonton)

• Focus: Translating tech-drilled habits into live-play scenarios, competitive finishing, and high-IQ decision making.

• Outcome: Developing the "Killer Instinct" needed to dominate in game-speed environments.

Daily Sessions & Age Groups

To maximize coaching quality, the camp is divided by age and experience level:

• Mornings: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM * Group: Rising Stars (Ages 13 & Under)

  • Ideal for building strong technical foundations and introducing advanced training habits.

• Afternoons: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM * Group: Elite Prospects (Ages 14 & Older)

  • Focused on high-level competition, advanced metrics, and collegiate-prep intensity.
