  • Mont-Sainte-Anne (5 Day Camp) U10-U18 (U10)

    $850.00

We are excited to begin the on-snow training portion of the season with our Mont St Anne training camp.  This camp is open to U10, U12, U14, U16+ athletes and is always a highlight of the year both for athletic development and team building. The goal for the camp is to get athletes back up to speed in their training as quickly as possible. Our first two on-snow days will rest on a weekend, and will be used to get the feel for the skis again while doing drills and exercises outside of the training course. A strong effort in these first two days will be important as day 3,4 and 5 will be into gates and courses, in order to make best use of the challenging terrain available to us.

After skiing and supper each day, we will do a quick cool-down exercise, followed by a debrief of the days activities and review of any athlete video recorded during the day.  At the debrief, we will confirm the plan for the following day, then move into the nights points challenge.  For those new to the MSA camp, the points challenge is a fun team based challenged where athletes compete in a series of activities that gain them points towards being named the overall winner of the week.  However, the challenges are secrets until being revealed the day-of.

  • Mont-Sainte-Anne (5 Day Camp) U10-U18 (U16)
