Wednesday Night Laps (February 4) (Visiting Athletes)

Come join us for Wednesday night gate training, 6:00 - 8:45. For U12 and older guest athletes that have an active ACA membership with another club.

Depedning on space available there may one or two course sets available. Set could be SL or GS, and will usually consist of full sized gates for senior team/U12 athletes. If possible a 2nd course is often set with stubbies U12/U10 athletes. All course setting is at discrestion of coaching team.

This program is limited to 5 non-MSRC athletes/week

Tentative Schedule (All times are approximate)

• 6:00 - 6:30: Independent warm-up while coaches set the course
• 6:30 - 8:30: Gate training (Coaches at start/mid/end observing, giving feedback)
• 8:30 - 8:45: Course tear-down and slipping (mandatory)

Cost: $35/session*

*Lift Tickets are not included in this price

This cost is non-refundable if you are unable to attend after registering.

If you do not have a Martock Season pass you must purchase a lift ticket from Ski Martock
