KDMHA Lottery Fundraiser 2025-2026

KDMHA has modified the existing mandatory fundraising fee of $80/player. The maximum per family will continue to be $160/2 players and the $80 fundraising fee will continue to automatically be added to each registration.

► If you select “Lottery”:
You will receive 8 lottery tickets per registered player (valued at $10 each, totaling $80).
Maximum of 16 tickets per family ($160 for two players).
You can sell the tickets to recover your cost or write your own name on them for a chance to win.

► If you do NOT select “Lottery”:
This indicates that you are opting out of the lottery, and you will not receive tickets. The fundraising fee of $80 still applies. 

Tickets will be distributed early in the season.
Completed ticket stubs must be returned by November 16, 2025, to be included in the draw.

The following competitive teams are projected for the upcoming 2025-26 season:

• U9 B

The level of play, number of players on a roster and/or number of teams is subject to change depending on overall numbers of players registered and outcomes of tryouts. 

• Players must attend a tryout session to be considered eligible for a competitive team. We do encourage players to attend all sessions.

• Players must register and pay for tryouts before attending the first session. See How Do I Pay?

• There are no refunds for tryouts.

Other paperwork:

• If your player wishes to try out elsewhere- please request an OWHA Permission to Tryout form from either the Vice President, Storm (VPstorm@kemptvillehockey.com) or Storm Registrar (stormregistrar@kemptvillehockey.com) at least 72hrs in advance of the first tryout.

• Any players that did not play with Kemptville Storm last season but have played with an Ontario Women’s Hockey Association team previously, you must provide a Permission to Tryout form signed by your previous OWHA association, or have been released from your last registered OWHA association.
