Season timeline: Games typically run late May to early August, with playoffs in mid August (where applicable). Most games are Monday-Thursday; occasional weekend games occur. 11U and up may have a weekend practice.
Rep/Select: Rep rosters for 2026 were finalized in September. Select rosters for 2026 11U and 13U Select were finalized in September. We are exploring 9U Select for 2026. Details to follow.

4U Rally Cap (On Deck / Home Plate) is an instructional division that introduces children to the game in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment. The focus of this level is on developing basic movement skills while helping players feel comfortable on the field and around baseball equipment. Through playful, station-based activities, participants begin learning how to run and stop, practice basic throwing and catching, and hit balls off a tee. Coaches also emphasize listening skills, teamwork, safety, and simple field awareness. There are no scores or standings at this level; instead, the program prioritizes enjoyment, confidence, and a positive first experience with baseball.
The weekly game/practice will be 1 hour in duration and consist of approximately half instructional practice and half fun interactive game play between the teams.
Coaches will be on the field instructing throughout.

5U Rally Cap (Single/Double) is an instructional division that focuses on developing core fundamentals through repetition, coordination, and proper mechanics. At this level, players continue building confidence while beginning to better understand how the game works. Instruction emphasizes proper throwing and catching techniques, correct batting grip, stance, and swing, and players practice hitting off a tee while refining their mechanics. They also develop basic base running skills and are introduced to simple rules and field positions in a supportive learning environment. Sessions typically include skill stations and small games, providing increased structure while maintaining a primary focus on skill development rather than competition.
Game scores and standings are not kept as the intention is for the players to have fun and enjoy the game in a non-competitive environment.
The weekly game/practice will consist of 1/2hr instructional practice and 1/2hr or more of game play between the teams.

7U Rally Cap (Triple) is an instructional division that is designed to prepare players for structured baseball while keeping the experience instructional, supportive, and enjoyable. In this manual machine pitch division, teams typically participate in one combined game/practice per week, where the coach uses a manual pitching machine to deliver pitches to the batter. If a player does not make contact with the pitched ball, they then hit off a tee while fielders attempt to make plays by throwing or tagging runners out. At this level, players continue developing key skills such as fielding ground balls and fly balls, hitting moving balls, throwing with greater accuracy, and understanding basic defensive responsibilities. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, decision-making, and applying skills in game-like situations, all within a fun, low-pressure environment. Game scores and standings are not kept, as the primary goal is for players to learn, build confidence, and enjoy the game rather than focus on competition.
The weekly game/practice will consist of 1/2hr instructional practice and 1hr or more of game play between the teams. Teams will be play on a dedicated night Tuesday 6 Teams, Wednesday 4 Teams

9U is an instructional and competitive division. 9U involves the use of a pitching machine in place of a pitcher. Batters are allowed 5 hittable pitches to put a ball in play. Standard baseball fielder positions are used with the addition of a second center fielder. 2 coaches from the defensive team are permitted on the field during game play. Most other baseball rules are used.
On average 9U teams play 1 game and have 1 practice per week.
