    Session #1 - 10U and 11U aged players (2015 and 2016) - 9:00am-12:00pm (3 hours) - Trelawn Park
     
     
    Sessions Include:
    - A pitching lecture
    - Structured warm up
    - Pitching drills
    - Individual bullpens
     
    By the end of the session, players will have an understanding of the critical points of pitching mechanics, learn how to warm up properly, and get a chance to throw a bullpen with instruction.
