    Rental does not include a CSA approved helmet or skates. 
     
    Availability of equipment is limited and will be rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
     
    A postdated cheque, payable to the Halifax Hurricanes Ringette Association, dated April 15th, 2026, or a credit card charge form, for the amount of $450 is required. 
     
    The postdated cheque or credit card charge will be cashed/processed if:
     
    · The equipment is not returned at the end of the season; or
    · There is missing or damaged (*) equipment.
     
    (*) Damaged = beyond normal wear and tear and the piece needs to be replaced. HHRA will deduct the cost of any damaged or missing equipment from the post-date cheque and refund the difference.

    HHRA is offering summer skating development led by Coach Alyson Lamb!  Open to Hurricane athletes from birth years 2012 thru 2017; skaters will be grouped with like skill level and assigned to either the 1st or 2nd hour. 
     
    These 4 x 1-hour sessions will help you master your skating techniques while adding power and strength.  The cost per skater for the program is $100. Max 50 skaters.

  • Summer Goalie Development with Upper Echelon Goaltending (Camps)

    The Halifax Hurricanes Ringette Association is excited to announce that registration for our Summer Goalie Development with Colin Hodd and Upper Echelon Goaltending is open! Ringette goalies from all associations and all skill levels (U10-U19) are invited to join Colin Hodd and his instructors for a 4-session program focused solely on developing goalie skills!

    Each week, participants will focus on a specific skill and continue to build off of those foundational skills in following weeks. Emphasis is placed on goalie-specific power skating and edge work at the beginning of each session, followed by activities focused on the development of positioning, lateral movements in the crease, rebound control, goalie ring distributions with glove and stick, and more. Goalies will be grouped together, and drills may be adjusted based on like age and skill level. Goalie games will be used to keep things fun!
     
    All sessions will occur on the following Sundays @ St. Margaret's Centre:
