This session will be open to U7 Players looking to gain confidence in puck protection and proper stick checks. Instruction will focus on developing foundation skills related to checking and body positioning.

This program has something for players of all levels. Whether you are ramping up your skills for spring hockey or looking to capitalize on the momentum you've created with your training this season, this camp will help you improve and develop new skills.
CMHA will be hosting a spring break skill development camp for players who played in the U11 - U13 divisions during the 2025-26 hockey season from March 16th - March 19th at the Chilliwack Coliseum.
Instruction will be provided by the CHMA development team.
Development topics that will be covered:
Skating mechanics (balance, edge work, stride)
Puck Control (stickhandling, evasive moves, puck protection, passing, and pass reception)
Battle and Compete (fun competition)
Shooting and scoring skills
Small area games

Hone your craft, fine tune your skills, strengthen your stride. U11 & U13 players looking to improve their game and maintain the skills they developed this past season can come for focused training over spring break. We will spend time on skating skills, developing speed and stamina, edge work as well as puck skills and game strategy over the course of 4 sessions.
