2025 Spring Youth Programs
Welcome to the Calgary Junior Field Hockey Registration Page.
Please scroll down and select the appropriate package for the age of your child.
Click on the REGISTER NOW Button and you will be directed to the Ramp Registration Portal.
Once you login, select the Account Member to Register as a Participant from the drop down list (or add a member), then click on the Continue button.
Note: if your child does not already have a membership for the period from Sept 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025, they will be charged a FHA/FHC membership fee.

Offering U8 Funstix, U10 and U12 practices and games at Hawkings Field, our UofC Home turf.
Location: Hawkings Field Endzone, University of Calgary
Practices: Mondays 6:15-7:45 pm (April 28 - June 16. 2025)
Games: Sundays commencing May 4
No practice on Victoria Day!
POPULAR LOCATION IS BACK FOR ITS THIRD YEAR!
Offering U8 Funstix and U10 practices close to home, in a community environment.
Location: West Springs Athletic Park (33 Westpoint Gardens SW)
Time: Thursdays 6-7 pm (May 1-June 19. 2025)
Games will be held on Sundays at Hawkings Field, our UofC Home turf
Conveniently located at the Calgary Soccer Center, minutes off of Glenmore Trail and Stony Trail SE
Offering U8 Funstix, U10 and U12 practices Outdoor Turf
Location: Calgary Soccer Centre Outdoor Turf
Practices: Tuesdays 5-6 pm (April 29 - June 24. 2025)
Games: Sundays commencing May 4 at Hawkings Field, our UofC home turf.
CJFH SKILLS SESSIONS - REGISTRATION OPENS FEB 11, 2025
For CJFH Grassroots Athletes or Club Members - Our expert coaches can easily accomodate beginners to experienced participants!
We offer two specialized skills sessions to further enhance your child's development. Conveniently scheduled around CJFH Sunday League games. All levels welcome!
1. Introduction to High Performance
- For athletes born January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2012
- Focus: Carrying, 3D Skills, Pass & Receive into Carry (Channel Change Receptions, Technical boxes), Pass & Receive into Hitting, Hitting Clinic, Defending (2v1s)
2. Enhanced Skills and Tactics
- For athletes born January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2018
(children born in 2019 with previous experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Focus: Refine field hockey skills, including shooting, passing, tackling, and advanced ball handling.
Location: UofC, Hawkings Turf
Dates: Sundays, May 4 - June 15. No sessions Victoria Day Long weekend. Time TBD once league schedule is established.

Get ready for a week of fun, field hockey, and plenty of activities, including our popular Slip n Slide! Whether your child is new to the sport or looking to improve their skills, our Summer Camps are designed for all levels.
- Location: UofC, Hawking’s Turf
- Age Group: For athletes born January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2018
(children born in 2019 with previous experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Cost: $265 per session or $55 per day.
Session Dates:
- July Camp: July 14-18, 9:00am - 12:00pm
- August Camp: August 11-15, 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Discount: Register for both sessions and get a $60 discount! Contact League Coordinator for your promo code before you register for your second session.
