Session 1 boat bay 1 :  Tuesdays 6.30 paid coach: Ergs (and weights)

No Sessions: Dec 25, 26, Jan 1, Apr 3, Jan 30 

No mixing and matching - i.e, if you miss a Tuesday, you can’t do a make-up on a Friday. 

Included: Thursday night Weights Canada Games Room 7.30 pm (may be a bit earlier or a bit later depending on availability) : included with both sessions, volunteer member coached, starts Nov 20^th ends Mar 26th.

Because our program utilizes the Regina Cross Country Ski trails, it is recommended that athletes also register under the Regina Ski Club here: https://reginaskiclub.ca/our-club/membership/

2025 Masters Add On for Dragonboat

This is for the Dragonboat paddlers who also may wish to join the Masters Canoe/Kayak Program.

2025 Winter Dragonboat Fee

$150.00

This is a self-led program for the Pond Scum Dragonboat Team and other athletes who may join at the invitation of the team.

The program takes place the Canada Games Room at times identified on the Canada Games Room Calendar located via link on the WRCC website.

Program runs from October through April.

Fee is $150.
