Fall Registration

Hello Skating Parents,

The Lumby and District Figure Skating Club is busy getting ready for this years upcoming 2023-2024 season and have some details to share with you.

  1. Skating Registration is now open for CanSkate, Figure Skating and Conditioning.  New this year is Adult Figure Skating!
  2. Payment can be made via E-Transfer: lumbyfigureskating@yahoo.ca.  Please ensure you include your skater's name in the comments.  If you want to pay with cash or cheque please make arrangements with the Registrar.
  3. If you are applying for financial assistance through KidSport, please let the registrar know by emailing lumbyskatingregistrar@gmail.com
  4. Skaters will not be permitted on the ice until full registration fees are paid.  If the classes are full, preferences will be given to those who's fees have been paid in full.
  5. We will be offering the following:

CANSKATE

  • Tuesday - 13 sessions 4:15 - 5:00 pm (September 19, 2023 - December 19, 2023) - $221.00 (no skating October 31, 2023)
  • Thursday - 14 sessions 4:15 - 5:00 pm (September 21, 2023 - December 21, 2023) - $238.00
  • 2 session per week - $409.00 (must include promocode - see below)

JUNIOR FIGURE SKATING

  • Tuesday - 23 sessions 3:15 - 4:15 pm (September 19, 2022 - March 12, 2024) - $302.00 (no skating October 31, 2023)
  • Thursday - 24 sessions 3:15 - 4:15 pm (September 21, 2023 - March 14, 2024) - $315.00
  • 2 sessions per week - $542.00 (must include promocode - see below)

INTERMEDIATE/SENIOR FIGURE SKATING

  • Tuesday - 23 sessions 5:15 - 6:45 pm (September 19, 2023 - March 12, 2024) - $325.00 (no skating October 31, 2023)
  • Thursday - 24 sessions 5:15 - 6:45 pm (September 21, 2023 - March 14, 2024) - $340.00
  • Friday - 14 sessions 4:30 pm - 5:45 pm (September 22, 2023 - February 23, 2024) - $200.00 (see Friday skating dates detailed below)
  • 2 sessions per week (Tuesday and Thursday) - $590.00 (must include promocode - see below)
  • 3 sessions per week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) - $670.00 (must include promocode - see below)

ADULT FIGURE SKATING

  • Friday - 9 sessions 5:45 - 6:45 pm (September 22, 2023 - December 15, 2023) - $157.50 (see Friday skating dates detailed below)

CONDITIONING

  • Intermediate/Senior 
    • Tuesday - 13 sessions 7:00 - 7:45 pm (September 19, 2023 - December 19, 2023) -$227.50 (no skating October 31, 2023)
    • Thursday - 14 sessions 7:00 - 7:45 pm (September 21, 2023 - December 21, 2023) -$245.00
  • Junior
    • Friday - 9 sessions 3:30 - 4:15 pm (September 22, 2023 - December 15, 2023) - $157.50 (see Friday skating dates detailed below)

  FRIDAY SKATING DAYS

MANDATORY SKATE CANADA INSURANCE FEE/REGISTRATION FEE - $58.00 per season

All skaters participating in the Lumby & District Figure Skating Club programs are required to purchase a Skate Canada annual (September 2023 to August 2024) membership/insurance Fee. This is a one time fee per season and is non-refundable.

  1. Promocodes - this will be entered on the last page of the registration.
  • "2DAYSCANSKATE" - if you have signed your Canskater up for both Tuesday and Thursday, please add the promocode to receive a $50.00 discount.
  • "2DAYSJR" - if you have signed your Junior Skater up for both Tuesday and Thursday, please add the promocode to receive a $75.00 discount
  • "2DAYSINTSR" - if you have signed your Intermediate/Senior Skater up for both Tuesday and Thursday, please add the promocode to receive a $75 discount
  • "3DAYSINTSR" - if you have signed your Intermediate/Senior Skater up for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, please add the promocode to receive a $190 discount
