The Gold Level is designed for swimmers who can confidently swim at least 25 meters of each stroke—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly—without breaks. This level is ideal for those who have a strong foundation in all four strokes and are ready to refine technique, build endurance, and advance toward competitive swimming or water polo.
What to Expect
Refine stroke technique, endurance, and speed across all four strokes
Learn advanced skills such as starts, turns, dives, and underwater transitions (introduced based on group readiness)
