SNCC November Fitness Training
Program overview
This fitness program, designed for November, will be planned under the leadership of Coach Ozturk Kuru for those who want to take their individual performance to the next level. Coach Ozturk holds a bachelor's degree in Sports Science and a master's degree in Physical Education and Sports. Having worked with many elite athletes and achieved performance leadership, Coach Ozturk can prepare personalized training plans and also plans functional training for paddling, his area of expertise. November Fitness package is designed specifically for you to strengthen your weaknesses and elevate your individual performance to a higher level.
A November transition program to maintain fitness and prepare athletes for indoor & on-water training. Sessions combine indoor track running and bodyweight gym training tailored by group.

Meridian Community Centre — Indoor Track (Running)
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time:06:00 - 07:00 AM (Morning)Focus: Indoor track running sessions — warm-up, drills, intervals, and cooldown.

Princess Elizabeth School Gym — High Performance & After-School

Days: Monday & Wednesday evenings
Time: 06:00 - 07:30 PM (evening)
Focus: Bodyweight strength, mobility, core & sport-specific drills for junior/high-performance athletes.

Princess Elizabeth School Gym — Adult Dragon Boat & Canoe/Kayak
Days: Tuesday & Thursday evenings (choose either Tuesday and/or Thursday depending on group)
Time: 06:30 - 08:00 PM (evening)
Focus: Bodyweight conditioning, paddling-specific strength, and indoor drills for adult paddlers.

Weather permitting:
Club paddling sessions or weight training may be scheduled on additional days/times — participants will be notified by WhatsApp groups.
Fees & Packages (November — 4 weeks)
1x per week $32 ($8.00 per session)
2x per week $64 ($8.00 per session)
3x per week $84 ($7.00 per session)
4x per week $104 ($6.50 per session)
5x per week $130 ($6.50 per session)
