KCKC Coach and Staff Registration

Coach and Staff Registration:

NOTE: You will need an NCCP# from The Locker to complete your registration.

  • NEW Staff:
    • Step 1 
      • When you are redirected to the RAMP login page you will need to create an account first.
    • Step 2
      • Please use the side menu and under Family Members, add yourself as a new family member.  
      • Enter all of your demographic information in this section and save your profile.
    • Step 3
      • Please go back to the Dashboard and select Coach/Staff Registration
      • Select the current season
      • Select the family member to register (yourself)
      • Select one of the following Position Preferences from the drop down menu:
        • Coach
          • **Development Coach; Assistant Coach
        • Employee/Staff
          • **Operations Manager; Seasonal Summer Employees
        • Head Coach
        • Instructor
        • National Team Coach
        • Provincial/Territorial Team Coach
      • If you are unsure of your position, please ask the KCKC Human Resources Board Member that hired you.
    • Step Four:
      • Continue to follow the prompts in RAMP and complete your Safe Sport Screening.
      • There is no fee to pay for this registration.
      • You will receive a receipt which includes links for codes of conduct and the waivers you have signed.

 

  • RETURNING Staff:
    • If you already have a RAMP account set up with a username/password and completed profile, please do the following:
      • Step One:
        • Select the Staff Package
        • You will be redirected to the RAMP login page where you will login to your account.
      • Step Two: 
        • Choose the family member to register (yourself).
      • Step Three:
        • Select one of the following Position Preferences from the drop down menu:
          • Coach
          • Employee/Staff
          • Head Coach
          • Instructor
          • National Team Coach
          • Provincial/Territorial Team Coach
        • If you are unsure of your position, please ask the KCKC Human Resources Board Member that hired you.
      • Step Four:
        • Continue to follow the prompts in RAMP and complete your Safe Sport Screening
        • There is no fee to pay for this registration.
        • You will receive a receipt which includes links for codes of conduct and the waivers you have signed.

Insurance and Liability Registration

Insurance and Liability registration is mandatory for all KCKC coaches and employees.  This is valid from April 1 to March 31 of each year.  The fee is paid for by KCKC.
