SSWR Tournament Registration

Priority Registration for Thunder Teams until December 16

• Thunder Teams receive 50% off registration fee

Registration for Other Associations opens on December 17

• Packages will become visible below on December 17
  • Once Package and Waitlist become full - package will disappear again

 

Rain Out Policy

Due to the climate in British Columbia and the possibility of rain on any given day South Surrey/White Rock's rain out policy is as follows:

• Play no games --> Receive 100% of entry fee as a refund less a $25 administrative fee.
• Play one (1) game --> Receive 75% of entry fee as a refund.
• Play one (2) games --> Receive 50% of entry fee as a refund.
• Play one (3) games --> No refund.

Refund Policy

• Refund requested two weeks or earlier will be given a full refund, less $50 administrative fee
• Refund requested within two weeks of a tournament will be given no refund

 

 Team Rosters

• Can be modified using your Ramp account until approximately one week before the tournament
  • There should be at least one coach on the Ramp Roster, with email and phone number
    • This is how we are going to contact Tournament Teams using Ramp Email System
