Steps:
- Complete MEMBERSHIP Registration via RAMP - link below.
- Select desired program registration (below).
- Payment must then be sent via e-transfer to treasurer@viwps.ca (**no password - autodeposit).
- Screen shot/pdf confirmation of payment to be sent to polo@viwps.ca (please include description of what was purchased for ease of bookkeeping!)
*NOTE - active VIWPS Membership for the 2025/26 Season (April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026) **Required for program registration and attendance** Membership Renewal for the 2026/27 Season will be required for the 2026 Summer and Fall Sessions.

The membership year runs from April 1 - March 31 each year. Active membership is required to participate in the polo programming.

FIVE PASS DROP IN* (*WINTER 2026 SESSIONS ONLY)

- 5 x drop in for any of the Winter 2026 Crystal Pool polo dates. Includes equipment, noting that size/fit can not be guaranteed and last minute registration the night before risks insufficient gear being available for you. Reaching out to the person who will be brining gear (can connect through polo@viwps.ca) several days in advance of the session helps ensure that enough kit is transported to the pool.

Single Session drop in for any of the Winter 2026 Crystal Pool polo dates. This is a one-time per season opportunity to come try out Kayak Polo (e.g. 2025/26 Membership year), directed towards paddlers who are not yet VIWPS members. Those who LOVE IT! and want to come back are for further sessions will need to purchase a program package such as a drop in/multipass or season pass. Please contact trypolo@viwps.ca.

The polo sessions are semi-structured, incorporating paddling, polo, and ball skills in the first half followed by time for game play in the latter portion of the session.

The Island Cup kayak polo tournament will be back in 2026 - May 23-24, 2026. Pretournament training camp May 22nd. Info and registration instructions posted on the VIWPS website: https://viwps.ca/island-cup/.
