Excel Basketball Spring Programs

All registered Athletes are invited to attend our Winter Training Sessions - schedule will be available by December 15, 2025.
Academy Teams include the following:
- 2 practices per week
- 12+ Games
- League Play
- Exhibition Games
- One In Town Tournament
- FIBA Level 1-3 Curriculum (age group dependent)
- Basic Nike Gear Package*
- Participation in either 1 Skill Session per week OR 1 strength and conditioning session per week
Nike High Performance Teams include the following:
- 2-3 practices per week
- Up to 30 games (U13 - U18); Up to 20 games (U11)
- League Play
- Exhibition Games
- Two In Town Tournaments
- One Out of Town Tournament
- One Out of Province Tournament
- FIBA Level 1-3 Curriculum (age group dependent)
- Nike Gear Package*
- Participation in either 1 Skill Session per week OR 1 strength and conditioning session per week
*Gear packages are not finalized, and are subject to change. Any items changed will be replaced with an item of like value. All athletes will have the option to purchase additional gear in our online store.
U9 Coed Spring
$500.00
This weekly program will focus on developing fundamental skills while developing a love of the game in a safe and welcoming environment. Choose the location and day that works best for you. NTD - we might have to consolidate groups based on registration numbers.
