    Please follow these steps to arrange a free trial.

    Step 1: Review the Practice Schedule
    Look at the 2025-2026 practice schedule for the group you would be joining.
    Step 2: Contact Us to Arrange a Date
    Email kelownawaterpolo@gmail.com to arrange a date to attend so our coaches are aware and prepared.

    Please include the following information:
    • Athlete’s age group
    • Swimming experience
    • Any previous water polo or aquatic sport experience
    • The date you would like to try out
    Step 3: Complete Registration

    Step 4: Come Along to Practice
    Come along to practice, meet the coaches, and jump in the pool to try water polo!
