The MCC Competitive Program will train twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm.

This is a 12 week program starting the week of June 4, 2024.

• June 21-23 National Team Trials, Montreal
• July 1 Canada Day, Ottawa 
• July 13 Welland Regatta
• July 20 Mississauga CC Regatta
• July 27, 28 WOD Trials, Welland
• August 10 Provincial Championships, Ottawa
