Registration

Players in the U9 (born in 2015) - U18 (born in 2006) age groups.

Fees

Fees for this season will be as follows:
U9-U12             $230.00 plus a MSA fee 
U13-U18           $250.00 plus a MSA fee 

The MSA is adding a $1.10 credit card processing fee to the MSA fee for a total of $51.10

 

Proof of Age 

The WYSA rules require WPFC to verify the age of each player. 
Please provide a picture or scan image of one of the following to be uploaded in the Proof of Age field 

• Birth Certificate of player
• Passport of player 
• Health Card 
• Canadian Citizenship Card of player 
• Canadian Permanent Residence Card of player 
• Treaty Card of player 
• Or any other government issued ID of player with showing D.O.B.
