Refund Policy
Parents (or players if over 18) must complete the "Refund Request Form" and deliver it to the Complex Manager or any member of the Board of Directors. This form is available on our website.
The Refund Request Form must be approved by the President, Youth or Mini Director and one other Board Member.
A. An administrative fee of $20.00 will be charged
B. Full refund requests must be submitted by June 15th and player has not participated in any tryouts or games.
C. No refunds after June 15th unless it is a season ending injury.
After approval, the form will be sent to the Treasurer for processing the refund via e-transfer or cheque.
Late Fees Policy
A late fee of $40 will apply to all youth and senior registrations received after May 31, 2025.
A late fee of $40 will apply to all mini registrations received after June 30, 2025.
Eastern Eagles Family Discount Policy
For families with 3 or more children registered in Youth or Mini, the oldest 2 players must pay the full registration fee, the third and subsequent players will be charged the PEISA fee only.
Tournament - Youth
There will be no refunds after July 14th, 2025 for the tournament unless the division does not run. Please contact easterneaglesoccer@hotmail.com
