REFUND POLICY - No refunds on Evaluation Fee. 

No refunds will be issued on the Commitment Fee if your child is chosen to play on the Development/Select Team.  Commitment fees are refunded to players NOT selected for the teams.

Team Player Refund - If a player moves from the area or is injured and unable to complete the season please reach out to admin@kelownaunited.com in order to discuss a prorated refund (excluding the commitment fee and apparel fees).  A medical note from their Coach and Doctor will be required for cases regarding injuries.

Skill Academy Program and Camp Refunds - will be prorated from the start of the program less any kit costs.
