Refunds: Full refunds will be given if there are not enough players registered in your division in order to declare a team to PEI Soccer OR, in the event you have not played a scheduled game or exhibition game, and for unforseen circumstances, you are not able to participate in the program. 

Partial refunds: Upon registration and the completion of one scheduled or exhibiton game, only partial refunds will be issued, if that refund is requested no later than two weeks from the beginning of the league's game schedule. After two full weeks of the league schedule, no refunds will be issued.
