Refund Policy


REFUND POLICY 

Complete details of the BCGHA REFUND POLICY, can be found on our website.  Please read the policy online for further information and instructions.

 

REFUND POLICY:

The BCGHA Refund Policy is as follows:

  1. Players requesting refunds MUST fill out the refund request form listed online.
  2. Upon receiving the refund request the BCGHA will review the circumstances and determine if a refund is applicable.

  3. The City of Brampton Non-Resident fees and Tryout fees are 100% non-refundable.

  4. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment, (less any credit card fees) and may take several weeks to be completed.

  5. Any request to deviate from this policy must be approved by the BCGHA Board.

 

House League Refunds

  • Send an email to the House League Director and the Registrar to notify them of the refund request.
  • hl@bramptoncanadetts.com & registrar@bramptoncanadettes.com
  • No refund will be processed until all BCGHA equipment/property has been returned.

 

Competitive Refunds

  • Send an email the Rep Director and the Registrar to notify them of the refund request.
  • rep@bramptoncanadetts.com & registrar@bramptoncanadettes.com
  • No refunds are provided for competitive players.
