All refunds of registration fees must be authorized by the executive and will be made on a pro-rata basis according to the portion of the season played. A $50 administration fee will be withheld, as well as $25 per ice time attended (evaluations, games and practices). The deadline for requesting a refund is November 1st.
If exceptional circumstances prevent further participation in the program after November 1st, a refund may be authorized by majority decision of the EGHA Executive.
If a player registers and withdraws prior to attending any EGHA conditioning camps or any part of the EGHA evaluation process, only the $50 administration fee will be applied. The administration fee is waived for players participating in the Elite Player Movement process.
Registration Fees not paid by dates indicated (60% at the time of registration; 20% by August 31 and 20% by September 30) may result in players not being permitted to participate in evaluations or team games, practices and other events.
Conditioning Camps, Skills Camps and other Events:
EGHA conditioning and skills camps, and other events are non-refundable, unless another participant is available to replace your registration. Payments are due at the time of registration. For some camps, there may be options to pay in multiple installments. To secure your registration, this payment plan must be met (date, amount). Failure to meet this payment plan may result in your player being withdrawn from the camp or event.
Each team will set a budget and will collect Team Fees as a result. All participants are required to meet the majority approved team fees. Failure to submit your team fees to your team's treasurer or manager may result in participants being ineligible to participate in team extras, such as tournaments, extra ice practices, dryland, etc. If you are having difficulties with your team fees, please ensure you are keeping your team treasurer up to date.
