Refund Policy


REFUND POLICY-  for Fall/Winter EYBA 2026-26 Season: 

REFUND POLICY REFUND DEADLINES AND CANCELLATION FEES

Please read carefully and be fully aware of our Refund Policy before proceeding with your registration.

Acknowledgement of this Refund Policy is required on your online registration form in order to proceed with your registration.

REFUND/CANCELLATION FEE DATES:

Cancellation on or before Sept 10, 2025: $135 cancellation fee+ $15 transaction fee* 

Cancellation between Sept 11-Sept 20, 2025: $185 cancellation fee + $15 transaction fee* 

Cancellation after Sept 20, 2025: NO REFUNDS 

Fees will NOT BE REFUNDED/CREDITED during the season due to players not being able to attend games or practice/training sessions.

*CANCELLATION FEE DETAILS: Northwest Zone Basketball Association incurs league fees, referee fees, liability insurance costs, online transaction and administration fees, and supplier costs based on the commitments of players that are registered. Once registration closes and our Northwest teams are declared to the league (and team fees are paid), these team registration and administration fees are non-refundable back to our association.

  REFUND POLICY- For Skills Sessions Programming & or Camps

  1. Full refund- if cancellation occurs 14 days (or more) before the start date of first session

  2. 50% refund - if cancellation occurs 7-13 14 days before the start date of first session

  3. No Refund Issued- if cancellation is less than 7 days before the start of the first session.
