GENERAL REFUND POLICY: Should a player not complete the season for which they are registered, a written request for refund must be submitted to the registrar of Rustico Ringette Association. A full refund of the registration fee, less applicable Ringette PEI fees, will be reimbursed if the request for refund is received by the registrar prior to November 30 of the season the registration was paid. A 50% refund of the registration fee, less applicable Ringette PEI fees, will be reimbursed if the request for refund is received by the registrar from December 1st to December 31st of the season the registration fee was paid. No refunds will be paid after December 31 of the season the registration fee was paid.
COVID-19 REFUND POLICY: Should Ringette PEI cancel the remainder of the season due to Covid-19 and recommendations from Health PEI, Rustico Ringette Association will rebate registration fees, less any applicable Ringette PEI fees, on a prorated basis based on the number of weeks that are left to play in the regular season after the date the season was cancelled.
