Refund Policy for Regular Season Registration(s):

REFUND POLICY

If a team is not available for an athlete to join team prior to September 15th and they wish to de-register, RBC will review the registration and $25 administration fee to be returned.  SWRRA will waive their Admin fee and refund 100% of registration fees paid.

 

Withdrawals for Other Reasons:

Applies separately to both Fees - RBC Membership and SWRRA Registration Fees

  • All divisions: $25 non-refundable administration fee applies to all withdrawals ($25 RBC, $25 SWRRA)
    • Withdrawals prior to Sept 1st - 100% of fees returned (less admin fees)
    • Withdrawals Sept 1 to September 30 - 75% of fees returned (less admin fees)
    • Withdrawals Oct 1 to 31st - 50% of fees returned (less admin fees)
    • No Refunds will be issued after October 31st

Please contact registrar@surreywhiterockringette.com if you require a change to your registration or to request a refund.  

SWRRA will process their portion of Refund and submit a Form on your behalf to have RBC refund the membership fees paid to RBC during Registration.
