Refund Policy


Cancelled registrations will be subject to Sedgewick Minor Ball Society (SMBS) policies and are at the joint discretion of the SMBS President and Treasurer.

Written requests for a refund should be submitted to the attention of SMB President by email to sedgewickminorball@gmail.com. 

Refunds from the registration date and prior to the time when the player participates in any practices or games shall be 100% of the registration fee paid/payable for the current season.
