Spring Flag

In order to receive a refund, minus the $100.00 administration fee/cost of player insurance after a player withdraws; you must fill out the refund request form found on the website and hand it in to the registrar or team manager for processing, before April 20 of the current season or within 7 days from the first practice. After this, NO refunds will be issued. 

Spring Tackle

In order to receive a refund, minus the $185.00 administration fee/cost of player insurance after a player withdraws; you must fill out the refund request form found on the website and hand it in to the registrar or team manager for processing, before April 20 of the current season or within 7 days from the first practice. After this, NO refunds will be issued. 

Fall Novice Flag

In order to receive a refund, minus the $100.00 administration fee/cost of player insurance after a player withdraws; you must fill out the refund request form found on the website and hand it in to the registrar or team manager for processing, before June 30 of the current season or within 7 days from the first practice if joining after June 30. After this and after September 15, NO refunds will be issued.

E.A.T.S. Athletic Camps

No refunds will be issued once the camp has started.
