Academy:
1) Initial deposits prior to the season are Non-Refundable.
2) Any refunds requested before July 31st will be accepted and will include a 25% service fee, applied to the full season cost.
3) Stars reserves the right to remove any player or family from an academy team for excessive behavioral issues, lack of program involvement or commitment with no fee reimbursement.
4) No refunds will be issued after July 31st of the particular season.
Camps & Sessions:
1) For any program, session or camp full refunds are offered up to 14 days prior to the camp start date except for any noted Non-Refundable deposits.
2) Once Camps or sessions have started there are No-Refunds.
Tournaments:
1) For any tournament, full refunds, minus 10% administration fee, are offered up to 31 days prior to the tournament start date except for any noted Non-Refundable deposits.
2) If within 31 days of the tournament start, no refunds will be given
A 2.5% administration fee and any hard costs relating to any camp or session for example: Jersey, Dryland gear etc.
