Swim fees for Caprice are based on the Pool cost, Coaching costs and number of team members.  With this in mind, refunds will not be issued for missed practices. 

 

Refund Guidelines:
The club requires 30 days’ notice to process any refund. If notice is given in the middle of the month the notice period will be the remainder of the current month plus the following month.
The swimmer is entitled to swim for any month they have paid fees for, even if they have given their withdrawal notice.
Registration fees are nonrefundable
Fundraising fees will be pro-rated.
There may be exceptions to these refund guidelines for medical and/or compassionate reasons, or due to unforeseen financial hardship. Please communicate your request both verbally and in writing to a member of the Board
