The GGHA refund policy is as follows:
. All refund requests must be received in writing to the attention of the President at president@georginagirlshockey.com for approval/consideration by the GGHA Executive refund process.
. ALL refunds will be subject to a $50 administration fee.
. Upon completion of Tryouts/Evaluations should GGHA be unable to provide a position on a Rep team to a registered player and they register to another association, a full refund, less the $50 administration fee, will be granted.
NOTE: The above does not include any voluntary withdrawal of a player's registration. All voluntary withdrawals of registration other than noted above, will be subjected to the refund schedule. ALL REFUNDS REQUESTED DUE TO MEDICAL OR RELOCATION REASONS (PROOF REQUIRED) MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO THE ATTENTION OF THE REGISTRAR FOR APPROVAL BY GGHA EXECUTIVE. EACH REQUEST WILL BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. NO REFUND REQUEST WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER OCTOBER 31st OF THE CURRENT REGISTRATION YEAR.
All registrants: Full refund of registration fee less $50 administration fee prior to August 31st . 75% refund of registration fee less $50 administration fee between September 1st and September 30th. 50% refund of registration fee less $50 administration fee between October 1st and October 31st . No refund will be given as of November 1st.
