The following is Manitoba All-Stars Refund Policy.

Prior to a program starting:

• Up to 4 weeks prior to start of program/camp: Full refund minus administrative fee of $60

• Within 4 weeks to start of program/camp: no refund or pro-rates for missed sessions due to schedule conflicts, injury, or illness (including Covid-19). There are no options to make up missed sessions on another date or program.

During a program:

• If a refund is deemed appropriate, it may be pro-rated to the amount of time the participant was in the program.

Manitoba All-Stars Cancelation:

• In the event that Manitoba All-Stars cancels an event, participants will get a full refund.

Other:

• In individual cases involving extenuating circumstances that fall outside of this policy, a refund request must be submitted in writing by the participant to Manitoba All-Stars. Each request will be reviewed and assessed on a case-by-case basis and a decision will be made to whether a refund will occur.
