BGHC REGISTRATION and REFUND POLICY - 2024/25 Hockey Season
REGISTRATION FEES
The BGHC is only accepting credit card payments for all registrations. Payments will be made through the RAMP registration system.
REFUND POLICY
Members have 24 hours from the time of registration to request a refund if they no longer wish to participate. Refund requests need to be submitted in writing and emailed to office@bghc.ca
Representative (Rep) programs, there will be a $100 administrative fee per withdrawing player if a request is submitted within 24 hours of registration. NO refunds will be provided after 24 hours of registration unless the Board of Directors or the OWHA ends the season prematurely. No exceptions to this policy.
If a player is offered a spot to a competitive team and has accepted by a parent / player in writing, and is then later retracted by that parent/player to play for another organization, that player will not be permitted to play within the BGHC for 2 full seasons and a Board review will be conducted for reinstatement.
