Refund or Cancellation Policy

PLAYER CANCELS REGISTRATION:

Prior to first ice time of the season - an administrative fee of $50.00 shall be charged to each registrant that withdraws from WRA prior to their divisions first ice time.
Prior to team formation - for each registrant that withdraws after their team's first ice time, but prior to team formation, a fee of $100.00 will be charged.
Once teams have been formed - for each registrant that withdraws after team formation but prior to November 1st of the current year, there will be a charge of $150.

There will be NO refunds after November 1st of the current year.

WE CANCEL PLAY (individual player or full association) 

A minimum of $100 is non-refundable with the remainder being prorated to reflect the portion of the season that has passed.

In the event that we are unable to field a team for a specific age group, and are not able to offer players a suitable team substitute, full refunds will be issued.
