North Middlesex & District Minor Hockey Association Refund/Withdrawal Policy
All requests for refunds/player withdrawals must be in writing addressed to the President (e-mail preferred).

All refund requests are approved by the President and are subject to verification of payment by the NMDMHA Treasurer. Any refunded amounts are issued via cheque by the NMDMHA Treasurer to the name on the player account. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing of refunds.
Refunds
Registration refunds will not be issued until after the season start, pending verification if the payments from financial institutions. If the player withdraws from the NMDMHA program, the amount of the refund depends on when the written request was RECEIVED by the NMDMHA President:
Before September 15th:
85% of Registration Fee
Before October 1st:
65% of Registration Fee
Before November 1st:
40% of Registration Fee
Before December 1st:
15% of Registration Fee
After December 31st-No Refund
