Should a player withdraw from PVMH before September 1st; a full refund minus $50.00 administration fee will be granted.
Extenuating circumstances (some medical reasons, other unforeseen events) will be reviewed by PVMH Executive on a case-by-case basis for refunds. Refunds will be at the discretion of PVMH Executive.
In the event a player is suspended by Hockey Alberta, the governing league, or by PVMH for the season, no refund will be granted.
In the event there are not enough players to ice a team (as per guidelines laid out by Hockey Alberta and the governing league, and at the discretion of PVMH and the coaching/managing group for that age division), full refund will be given.
1.41 Elite Try-Out Refund Policy
Should a player make an elite team outside of PVMH, a full refund will be granted.
1.42 Female Hockey Refund Policy
Should a player decide to play with a female team outside the PVMH , a full refund will be granted so long as PVMS has been advised of the intent prior to September 1 of that season.
