Refund Policy


Refunds of registration fees must be applied for electronically to the club registrar and are subject to the following:

  • 100% refund will be provided for withdrawal requests received prior to the start of the season or first scheduled practice.
  • Full refund less a $50 administrative fee will be provided for withdrawal requests received after the start of the season but prior to the team’s first league game.
  • 50% refund less a $50 administrative fee will be provided for withdrawal requests received before Sept 21st, 2026.
  • No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests received on or after Sept 21st, 2026.
  • Refund requests resulting from a documented injury, illness, or other medical circumstance may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review and approval by the BFLC Executive Board.
