Stettler Minor Soccer Association Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing to the Treasurer and the Registrar of SMSA.

14 Days Prior to Start of the Season - if written notice is provided up to 14 days prior to the start of the season, a full refund will be issued

13 days or less prior to the start of the season - if written notice is provided 13 days or less prior to the start of the season, a full refund less a $20 administrative fee will be issued

14 days after the start of the season - if written notice is provided up to 14 days after the start of the season, a full refund less a $50 administrative fee will be issued

No refunds will be issued after 15 days have passed from the start of the season.  The exception to this is a refund request made as a result of an injury sustained by participating in an SMSA practice or game - a full refund, less applicable league and insurance fees, will be issued.  The injury must be reported within 7 days.  A physicians note must accompany the refund request.
