Refund Policy
Registering to play for the Port Colborne Wave is a contract with our hockey association. Once a player is added to a roster, the OWHA insurance fee has been allocated. After the first team practice of the season, refunds will not be granted to players moving to another OWHA association without residential relocation. 

All other refund requests will be reviewed once a written application has been submitted to the Port Colborne Wave Executive. 

Refund requests received by the following dates will be considered for the following amounts:
After September 1st - 85% refund
After October 1st - 60% refund
After December 1st- 30% refund
After January - 0% refunded

After December 31, prorated refunds will be granted ONLY in the case of residential relocation, with appropriate documentation.
