Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if the registration is canceled in WRITING/ by EMAIL to the General Manager a minimum of prior to the first day of the program. A full refund less a $10 administration charge will be issued.
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be issued, and may be done online or by cheque from the Community Centre, at the Centre's discretion.
Refunds will not be issued once the programs/seasons you have registered for has started unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any exceptional circumstances must be addressed with the General Manager, and it will be at the Manager's discretion to decide.
