Refund Policy

- To request a refund, email the treasurer. Your refund date is when the Treasurer receives your request in writing. You'll get your refund after returning anything you borrowed from the Association.

- Travel players requesting a refund before September 1st incur a $50 displacement fee.

- House League players requesting a refund before September 15th without using Lakeshore Lightning ice receive a full refund.

- Requesting a refund between September 15th and 30th incurs a $50 admin fee.

- Once players are registered with OWHA, refunds are adjusted for OWHA monthly fees, insurance, player registration, and a $25 processing charge, in addition to the $50 admin fee.

- Refund requests after October 1st are reviewed case by case by the board.

- Late fees, credit card processing fees and fundraising money are non-refundable.
