Refund Policy


All applications for withdrawal must be emailed to:

Refunds will be calculated as follows:

$50 Non-Refundable - Cancellation prior to Evaluations

50% Non-Refundable - Cancellation after Evaluations or April 1, whichever comes first

100% Non-Refundable - Cancellation after April 15, or after teams have been formed whichever comes first (except for documented medical or at the Board's discretion)

ALL REGISTRATIONS (U11, U13, U15, U17) RECEIVED AFTER January 15, 2026 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 LATE REGISTRATION FEE AND RISK REJECTION.  AFTER THIS DATE, PLACEMENT WILL ONLY BE DONE BASED ON AVAILABILITY FOR ALL DIVISIONS.

***PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME DIVISIONS MAY BE CAPPED DUE TO NUMBERS, DO NOT WAIT TO REGISTER***

 

Evaluation/Tryout Refund Policy

***Please note any players outside of WBMB but still wishing to tryout for A, may do so (a release from your home association will be required prior to participating in evaluations).  In the event a player is not successful in making an A team they are required to return to their home association.  A full refund will be issued for the registration less the $50 tryout fee***
