Refund Policy


REGULAR SEASON REFUND

NBDGHA Refund policy for a regular season is as follows:

Full Refund:  Before August 31

80% Refund: September 1-30

50% Refund : October 1-31

20% Refund: November 1 - November 30

ALL OF THE ABOVE REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A  $15.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE ALONG WITH THE FEE FOR OWHA INSURANCE.

 

COVID SEASON REFUND

Refunds for a "COVID Season" will be handled on a month to month basis based on amount of ice time issued to your group!

ALL OF THE ABOVE REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A  $15.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE ALONG WITH THE FEE FOR OWHA INSURANCE.

 

ALL REFUNDS EITHER REGULAR SEASON OR COVID SEASON MUST BE APPROVED BY REGISTRAR AND PRESIDENT!
